I have probably done a question of the moment like this before (here it is).  But I think it changes as we get older, we might add something different as we experience something new, etc.  So here are a few things from my updated List.

1) Dive a Shipwreck - I have scuba dived before, but nothing very exciting.  I just had a basic certification, and, in fact, I have never dived for fun.  The ocean scares me a bit - it is an unknown, you never know what is under you, etc.  But the idea of diving and seeing something that was around decades, maybe even hundreds of years, ago is something I find so exciting.  Plus I know Roy wants to get certified and start diving.

2) See the ruins in Tulum - I hope I can cross this off my list next summer, as we are planning a cruise, and I THINK this might be one of the stops.  The Ancient Mayans have always interested me. Corey is interested in them as well. And how amazing would it be to see something that has withstood such a test of time.

3) To see Europe - This covers a few things for me.  I want to visit Paris with my husband, and I want to see four pieces in particular - the Mona Lisa, the Winged Victory, the Venus De Milo, and, my favorite, Psyche Revived by Cupid’s Kiss (if you aren’t familiar with this one… look it up, beautiful!).  I want to go back to Germany.  We visited Germany in 2003 and had such an amazing time! Flying scares the hell out of me, so willingly getting on a plane for a flight of that duration… well, I want to put my fears to rest.

4) Finish a novel - I don’t care if it even gets published.  I have one started, and I just want to finish it.

5) Have a home in the mountains - Not sure if we will retire somewhere in the mountains, doesn’t really even have to be in the mountains.  But I want a home with a big porch on a lake.  So we can sit on the porch, maybe have a drink, and rock in our rocking chairs.  I am talking about doing all of this with Roy that is!  I want the kids to all come up in the summer, bring their families, and have HUGE dinners under big trees with lights strung up in them, and kids running around catching fireflies.  We can sit on the edge of the dock and dangle our feet in the water.

6) I want to surf - I know I said five… but this popped in my head, and I had to add it!
