Pretend you are a developer, what do you think your town needs?

We live in a relatively small town about 60 miles south of Washington DC.  We aren’t too far from three larger cities, and those three cities have everything we need, but sometimes I don’t want to drive 45 minutes to get to Costco.

So, as you can see if we had a Costco I would be good to go and would rarely have to leave my hometown.  (which I love by the way!)  I would also love something more for the kids to do, specifically a YMCA with a 25 meter competitive lap pool.  Not only do we need a community pool, but a YMCA would provide classes for all ages.

If I am dreaming, a Whole Foods would be AWESOME!  But I don’t think that is going to happen, so I am content for the most part with the natural and organic products at Martin’s, Walmart and Target.
