I look forward to a lot of things!  Right now, I am looking forward to some of my favorite shows returning with new episodes after the break they took during the holidays.  “The Good Wife” a GREAT dramatic show!  I was never a huge Julianna Margulies fan when she was on “ER” but I love this show.  My 10 year old really likes that show “The Forgotten” so we DVR it and watch it together.  I really like the premise and while I am not completely sold on it, I have enjoyed a number of episodes.  “Grey’s Anatomy” is coming back, and I admit it…not a huge Meredith fan, but I love some of the supporting cast, and on Friday I am a sucker for “Ghost Whisperer” and “Medium.”  In fact, “Medium” has my favorite couple on TV.  Allison and Joe are probably the most realistic couple on TV right now.  Aside from the dramas, my favorite sitcom (a brand new one this year) “The Middle” has an new episode that is an hour!  “Modern Family” is good, but this show is just hilarious!  Longer term, I am eagerly waiting for September when “Sons of Anarchy” and “Dexter” return to TV.  WAY to long of a wait in my book.

As far as movies go….waiting for Zombieland to come out on DVD, early February is what Amazon is saying.  And ok, I admit it….I liked Fame the original movie and the TV show, and I can’t wait to see if they mucked it up with this remake.

On a more serious note-I am looking forward to being with my family and just enjoying the year.  I made a goal this year to lose some more weight, but most importantly, I am making it my goal to be happier!  To enjoy all that I have, and to not hold on to grudges this year when they aren’t doing me any good.  I am also looking forward to exploring my relationship with my mom.  After years of not being as close as we would like, I am finding that I enjoy talking to her, sharing my life with her-the good and the bad, and I look forward to continuing that.
