We have an issue with our builder….whatever glue they used or nails or whatever the case may be is ruining my kitchen floor!! These weird stains have popped up all over the floor. In fact, they look like little droplets of blood and I have tried repeatedly to scrub and scrape them off. I have even tried to get the dogs to lick the offending area…no luck. And now there is this huge yellow stain! I almost thought one of the boys dropped grease on the floor, but again nothing is getting this stain out!

It is obvious to me that whatever sub-standard products our builder used is now ruining the floor of my beautiful kitchen, so my next step is convincing my gorgeous husband to build me a new floor; though I don’t know if build is the right word. Maybe change…and what should my new floor be-hardwood to match my foyer? Tile with a little Meditterrean feel to it? Or maybe a wood laminate is the way to go? I mean after the yuckiness that my present kitchen floor is rapidly becoming, linoleum is out of the question!!

Soo… what’s a Desperate Housewife to do??
