Q#47: How do you relieve stress?
Well, for me it depends on what is going on. IF I have a headache…I just want to take a nap. So, if I can I might lie down, listen to some soft music, and take a nap for a little while. IF it is a tension migraine, nothing helps except for sleep in a dark room and lying very still!

My favorite time of day is about 5:30 in the morning. Q#43: What is your favorite Winter Olympic Sport?
I would have to say Ice Skating, though I haven’t watched anything this year!

Steak: How to Turn Cheap “Choice” Steak into Gucci... →
While we didn’t use cheap steak to try this method, it made for a wonderful steak. And I’m sure the cheap steaks would take kindly to the method too. We salted the steak for about a half hour. Rinsed them. Patted dry. Seasoned with a bit of rosemary and Montreal steak seasoning. And then slapped them on the grill. The result was a very tasty set of steaks. No marinade needed.
